Administrator & Manager Guide

    Admin Login: Log in using admin@admin.com / password as the default credentials.

    Add Members: Go to the Members tab and click "Add Member" to record club profiles. You can also specify an optional portal login password.

    Daily Attendance: Open the Attendance sheet daily to toggle presence for active members. This saves dynamically on checkbox clicks.

    Group Expenses: Go to Expenses -> "Add Expense". The system queries who is present on that date. Check/uncheck members manually to automatically divide the total bill equally.

Club Member Portal Guide

    Portal Login: Log in using your registered mobile number. If the admin hasn't set a custom password, enter your mobile number as the default password fallback.

    Statement Passbook: Under the dashboard's "My Passbook" tab, scroll through your complete credit/debit transaction ledger items with running balances.

    Track Attendance: Under "My Attendance", inspect a visual calendar map color-coding your daily tea sessions.
  • 4
    Raise Issues: Got a discrepancy? Select category under "Raise Issue / Feedback" to submit reports directly to the admin panel.
